If your purchase doesn't provide the perfect fit, we make it simple to exchange or return your items through our digital portal or at any retail location.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Bata shoebox and secure them inside a shipping mailing bag or box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
